Timberline Landscapes in the St. Louis Metro area seeks a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to guide daily operations, train staff, and ensure top-tier maintenance services.

This hands-on leader will oversee a small crew, organize routes, and collaborate with the operations team to deliver high-quality horticultural care. The role requires 3–5 years of landscaping experience with 1–3 years in direct crew leadership, a valid driver’s license, and a strong team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must lead a field crew and train staff.
• Strong route planning and time-management skills.
• Solid plant health knowledge and pest-control basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily routes to maximize efficiency and timely completion.
• Execute horticultural duties: planting, pruning, weed control, pest management.
• Supervise and mentor a field crew of two or more; manage safety and policies on-site.
• Operate power equipment safely: trucks, mowers, blowers, augers; keep sites clean.
• Assess plant health, identify pests, and implement company guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations daily; suggest improvements and use Slack for coordination.
