Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing, employee-owned team in Omaha. This full-service sales role focuses on helping clients improve outdoor environments through landscape projects and recurring services.

You’ll identify client needs, present solutions, and build lasting relationships, contributing to revenue growth and brand reputation. You will sell design/build projects, fertilizer programs, pest programs, PHC services and more, with a base salary

Qualifications

Three+ years of sales consulting or another customer-facing sales role; green industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
Understanding of sales principles, lead management, relationship building and customer-service best practices.
Ability to understand a client’s complete property needs and recommend services across multiple departments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new clients through face-to-face interactions, networking, and referrals.
Respond to leads and conduct property and needs assessments for clients.
Identify opportunities for landscape projects and recurring services.
Present and explain recommended services based on client priorities and goals.
Prepare and follow up on proposals in a timely and professional manner.
Cross-sell services across RYAN’s portfolio to provide comprehensive solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
