Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of landscape plant maintenance or related field experience.
• Working knowledge of plant identification and pruning by species.
• Commercial applicator's license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaped areas and plant material on residential properties (pruning, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, cleanups).
• Assist with landscape installation and tree work as needed/seasonally.
• Work independently and in teams while caring for customer properties.
• Interact professionally with customers and communicate service expectations.
• Continue on-the-job training for all Ryan services.
