Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12-week Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to deliver hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations. You will work alongside crews, shadow key teams, and receive mentorship to build practical skills in landscape production and operations.

The program emphasizes real-world experience in both field and office settings, with opportunities to participate in local branch events and ongoing networking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused with willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable in office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds; proficient with common software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on experience across field operations and branch activities.
• Shadow and engage with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive mentorship and feedback to support professional development.
