Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12 week Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to provide hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations. Interns work alongside crews, shadow multiple departments, and receive dedicated mentorship to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Horticulture or Operations Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and branch functions.
• Shadow and interact with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive mentorship and feedback to develop professionally.
• Participate in management and leadership development activities.
• Collaborate with interns on meaningful projects and team initiatives.
• Build a professional network through events and cross-team exposure.
