Qualifications

• Experience managing crews on contract maintenance projects.
• Two-year or four-year horticultural degree required; related experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise daily field activities.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of branch goals, budgets, and finance.
• Build and coach field crew, set goals, monitor progress.
• Attend or conduct regular certification and training sessions.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production on contracts.
• Understand hourly costs and monitor job hours, reports, and costs.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status.
• Identify opportunities to upsell extras using service tickets.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
