Job summary

Ruppert Landscape, a family-owned commercial landscape management company, seeks a Field Manager to lead crews on maintenance and snow removal contracts. You will train staff, manage labor and materials, and work with other field managers to meet branch goals.

The role emphasizes achieving contract renewals, completing jobs within budgeted hours, and maintaining low turnover of crew members. A valid driver’s license and related horticultural experience are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage others and develop staff.
• Experience working with service customers.
• 1+ year of contract maintenance in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Develop understanding of budgets and communicate budget hours to team.
• Monitor quality of work and address issues with the customer.
• Develop strong client relationships on every job.
• Sell extras through T&M tickets.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good working order.
