Qualifications

• 7+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple crews, teams, or departments.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, labor management, and operational metrics.
• Experience with landscape management software such as Aspire, LMN, or similar platforms preferred.
• Background in high-end residential, HOA, or commercial maintenance environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop operations managers and field teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and accountability discussions.
• Build a strong team culture focused on quality, professionalism, and results.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
• Oversee daily maintenance and snow operations.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain production standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Review and approve divisional payroll and operational purchasing.
• Manage divisional budgets and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, labor costs, and productivity metrics.
• Drive client retention and operational efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on annual planning and growth initiatives.
• Regularly inspect properties and job sites.
• Maintain high service standards across all accounts.
• Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Division Manager to lead and grow a high-performing landscape maintenance operation. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing year-round operations, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, turf care, garden services, and snow/ice management.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can develop teams, improve operational efficiency, drive financial performance, and maintain exceptional service standards while helping scale the division for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
