We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow & ice operations.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who knows the landscape industry, understands how to run a profitable operation, and enjoys developing people. You’ll lead supervisors, account managers, and customer service teams while helping build the systems, processes, and accountability needed to deliver exceptional results year-round.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Team

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and customer service personnel.
• Set clear expectations and create a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and pride.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop future leaders.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Own revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, and productivity goals.
• Monitor job and route costing and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Manage labor, equipment, and material utilization.
• Partner with sales and estimating teams to ensure work is properly scoped and priced.
• Manage a personal book of accounts, including client relationships, retention, upselling, and prospecting.

Oversee Maintenance & Enhancements

• Direct routing, scheduling, production, and quality control across maintenance operations.
• Ensure properties are serviced efficiently and consistently.
• Identify enhancement and upselling opportunities and ensure quotes are generated and followed through.
• Maintain strong client relationships and quickly resolve operational issues.

Lead Snow & Ice Operations

• Take ownership of seasonal snow operations, from pre-season planning through storm execution.
• Oversee staffing, routing, equipment readiness, subcontractors, materials, and on-call schedules.
• Coordinate 24/7 storm operations when needed.
• Ensure accurate site documentation, billing, and post-storm follow-up.
• Deliver safe, reliable, and profitable snow services.

Manage by the Numbers

• Track and communicate key operational and financial metrics.
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, job costing, and profitability.
• Build repeatable processes that improve consistency and accountability.
• Leverage technology and operational management software to make data-driven decisions.
