  • Achieve a 50%+ gross margin on all contract renewals because profit is the new pretty
  • Maintain a 90%+ contract renewal rate by keeping clients satisfied
  • Meet or beat a 40% enhancement sales goal by tapping into your creative side
  • Close 50% or more of proposals to win new business
  • Convert design-build clients into lifelong maintenance fans, aiming for a 40%+ conversion rate
  • Solve problems with a smile, manage accounts effectively, and design landscapes that impress
