As a Customer Service Representative with a Fortune 500 healthcare company, partnered with Aquent, you’ll be the vital link between patients and the resources they need. You will empower individuals to navigate the healthcare landscape and ensure they have access to critical information and support.

This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment where your expertise will directly impact patient care and satisfaction. You will become a trusted resource, guiding patients through processes, answering questions, and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will:

  • Resolve customer issues related to services via phone and email
  • Assist customers with online portal access, including user maintenance, password resets, and web browser troubleshooting
  • Schedule appointments
  • Educate customers on available services
  • Navigate multiple databases to research and resolve complex inquiries
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly
  • Meticulously document customer interactions
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer issues to determine the appropriate resolution
  • Utilize internal resources to resolve complex issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a designated/quiet workspace suitable for remote work
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior Call Center experience
  • Proven experience troubleshooting technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and respond effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation and a courteous demeanor
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $17.10 to $19.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
