Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management LLC seeks a dependable Crew Member - Maintenance to perform landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning and fertilizing on commercial properties. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

The role involves outdoor work, safe operation of tools, and daily site maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, handling equipment safely, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, prune, weed, fertilize as part of landscape maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas on public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day cleanup.
