Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management seeks a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing. No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools and power equipment, maintaining clean work areas, loading/unloading equipment, and reporting issues to the supervisor while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful but not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability for various schedules, including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
