Job summary

Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape care on commercial properties. Duties include mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and general clean-up. No experience required; training will be provided. Outdoor work across public and commercial sites with PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Mow, blow, edge, weed, prune, and fertilize landscape areas.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report customer concerns or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
