Job summary

Earthworks,-Inc is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This role includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and general clean-up; no prior experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe work zones across public and commercial sites, operating hand tools and power equipment safely, and assisting with end-of-day cleanup.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible schedules including 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, or occasional weekends.
• Bilingual helpful (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
