Job summary

Landgraphics seeks a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties. This role involves mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up; no experience required as training will be provided.

You will work outdoors in all weather on public and commercial sites, using hand tools and power equipment, following safety protocols. Flexible availability includes 4/10 shifts, Monday–Friday 8–5, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible availability for 4/10 shifts, Mon–Fri 8–5, with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
