Job summary

Landgraphics is seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and general clean-up. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

You will operate hand tools and power equipment, maintain clean and safe work areas, load/unload equipment, and report concerns to the supervisor. This outdoor role requires adapting to all weather, with 4/10 shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license is a plus, not required.
• Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful.
• Flexible availability for 4/10 shifts, Mon-Fri 8–5, or occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up.
• Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
