Job summary

Elevation Outdoors is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our outdoor maintenance team and keep commercial properties looking their best. You will mow, edge, trim, mulch, prune, and plant, while keeping sites clean and safe throughout the day.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, follow crew Leaders’ directions, and help with loading tools. Prior landscaping experience is a plus, training is available, and a valid driver’s license is welcome for occasional additional pay.

Qualifications

• Landscape experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.).
• Reliable, punctual, follow directions, and willingness to learn.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting.
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times.
• Assisting with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools.
• Following instructions from Crew Leaders and supporting the crew’s overall efficiency.
• Occasionally helping on enhancement or landscape construction projects.
