Landscape Concepts Management is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and clean-up on commercial properties. You will work outdoors in all weather, operate basic equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient crew.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, assisting with snow duties in winter where applicable, and supporting the Crew Leader with daily tasks. Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (DOT where applicable).

Responsabilités

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
