HeartLand, LLC is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to maintain and beautify commercial properties. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup tasks while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

You’ll operate professional equipment, follow safety procedures, and work under the guidance of a Crew Leader. Training is provided for landscaping tasks; lifting up to 50 lbs and long hours are required.

Formación

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand long hours.
• Able to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
• Valid driver’s license preferred; some roles may require DOT certification.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
