Job summary

Heritage Landscape Services is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to help make properties look their best. You’ll mow, edge, trim, plant flowers, and perform clean-up tasks on commercial sites, working outdoors in all weather and operating standard equipment.

Join a crew focused on safety, growth, and teamwork, with daily guidance from your Crew Leader, opportunities for training, and seasonal overtime. Physical work includes lifting, long hours on your feet, and operating gas-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
• Must lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; some roles may require DOT certification.
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)
