Job summary

Elevation Outdoors in Knoxville is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise daily upkeep of commercial properties. You will work with a team to perform mowing, edging, trimming, mulching and planting, while keeping sites clean and safe.

Reporting to Production or Account Manager, you may assist with loading equipment and support branch efficiency, with opportunities to participate in enhancements or landscape construction. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, able to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Reliable transportation to our shop.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day.
• Reporting times can begin as early as 6:00 am.
• Additional hourly pay with a Valid driver's license.
