Mint Landscapes LLC is hiring a Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a 3-4 person team in Thurston County. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on leadership in outdoor maintenance tasks.

You will drive a truck and trailer, operate mowing and edging equipment, and ensure high-quality service. Valid driver's license and the ability to lift 70 pounds are required; schedule is Monday to Friday with 8-10 hour shifts.
