Mint Landscapes LLC is seeking a Pruning Crew Leader in Washington, DC to lead a skilled team in high-end pruning and landscape maintenance. You will coach crew members, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain client relationships on-site.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a dedicated crew, set daily goals, track hours, and maintain morale and productivity.
• Oversee high-quality pruning, shrub/tree trimming, and bed clean-ups to industry standards.
• Interact with property owners to ensure client satisfaction on-site.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and keep a clean, organized worksite; complete basic daily paperwork.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As a Crew Leader, you are the bridge between our clients' vision and the team making it happen. Your daily focus will include:

• Lead & Coach: Manage a dedicated crew, communicating daily goals, tracking hours, and keeping morale and efficiency high.
• Artistic Precision: Oversee and execute high-quality pruning, shrub/tree trimming, and detailed bed clean-ups according to industry standards.
• Client Connection: Interact with property owners to ensure complete satisfaction and answer on-site questions with a professional attitude.
• Safety & Logistics: Ensure all safety procedures are followed, maintain a clean and organized worksite, and complete basic daily job paperwork.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing or supervising a landscape crew.
• Horticultural Knowledge: Strong experience in plant identification, proper pruning techniques, and overall landscape maintenance.
• Equipment Mastery: Confident operating standard landscaping machinery (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, maintain regular attendance, and work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours, which may include occasional overtime or weekends depending on the season.
