Gothic Landscape in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER to lead client relationships, manage production crews, and ensure high-quality, timely service on projects. The role focuses on growing contracts, coordinating maintenance activities, and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in client and crew management, a related degree or landscape experience, strong irrigation knowledge, and solid MS Office skills.

Competenze

• 3+ years of client & crew management within commercial landscape with a large portfolio.
• 2–4 year college degree related to field or 2–3 years landscape/horticulture experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of irrigation systems including Rain Bird IQ controllers and WeatherTrak.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email for proposals.
• Spanish bilingual considered a plus.
