Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience with client and crew management.
• Proven success managing a large portfolio of accounts.
• 2–3+ years training and managing multiple landscape crews.
• 3+ years of customer service, sales, account management, or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial landscape clients through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Lead and dispatch landscape maintenance crews, plan workloads, coach staff, and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and develop proposals and bids for clients.
• Network within the market to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Grow the branch’s contract base within targeted market segments and locations.
• Partner with branch leadership to achieve goals related to retention, quality, growth, and profitability.
