$70,000 – $80,000 base salary (based on experience)

About the Role

The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for the overall success of a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts. This includes client satisfaction, financial performance, team leadership, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and the operational quarterback for your crews.

Core Responsibilities

Client Management

Build strong, proactive relationships with property managers, facility directors, and board members

Conduct regular site walks and quality inspections

Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally

Resolve issues quickly and completely

Manage portfolio budgets and hit gross margin targets

Forecast revenue and labor needs

Identify and close enhancement opportunities

Protect retention and drive organic growth

Operations Leadership

Lead and develop field crews and supervisors

Ensure safety standards are upheld

Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation

Maintain high quality standards across all sites

Business Development Support

Assist in presentations and client meetings

Support strategic growth initiatives

Represent the company professionally in the marketplace

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance management

Strong understanding of plant material, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance practices

Experience managing budgets and labor efficiency

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
