Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a BVG Estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. You will gather take-off data, calculate estimates, and maintain price information from suppliers under managerial supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in landscape estimating, proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off and HCSS, and strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for bid proposal estimates.
• Prepare routine estimates and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under supervision.
• Maintain current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Utilize standard estimate software to present information to management.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in all activities.
