Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects in an indoor office setting.

The role involves gathering take-off data, preparing routine and detailed cost estimates, and maintaining up-to-date pricing from suppliers. Strong communication and prior landscaping experience are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with HCSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as alaptop, acell phone, and printers/copiers
• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
• Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

Work Environment

• This role works in an indoor office work environment.

Compensation Pay Range

65,000-75,000
