Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a BVG Estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. The role requires strong take-off and estimating capabilities in a fast-paced office setting.

You will gather data, prepare routine and detailed estimates, maintain price references from suppliers, and present information using standard estimating software. A Bachelor’s degree and landscaping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior landscaping estimating experience for landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with HCSS and On-Screen Take-Off.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for bid proposals.
• Prepare routine and detailed estimates for projects under supervision.
• Maintain current price information from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Use standard estimating software to present information to management.
• Demonstrate ethics and integrity in all actions.
