Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping in Bloomington, IN is seeking a hardworking Landscape Installer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on installation work across landscape and hardscape projects, supporting the crew lead to deliver high-quality results safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation or related outdoor work.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans preferred (or willingness to learn).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and enhance landscape and hardscape projects to company quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and load/unload materials.
• Work under Crew Lead to meet daily production goals.
• Read landscape design plans and communicate progress with Crew Lead.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Assist newer team members and promote safety and quality.
