Landscaping Installer Crew
Wells Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape Installer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on installation work across a variety of landscape and hardscape projects, supporting the crew lead to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.
MUST have prior experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation and enhancement of landscape and hardscape projects to company quality standards
- Install a variety of landscape elements, including:
- Pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Trees, shrubs, and other plant material
- Sod, seed, grading, and drainage solutions
- Work efficiently and productively under the direction of the Crew Lead to meet daily production goals
- Set the pace on-site by demonstrating strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, saws, and other power tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following all company safety procedures
- Assist newer team members by setting a positive example and helping reinforce proper techniques
- Take initiative to improve skills, efficiency, and quality of work
- Read and interpret landscape design plans and job packets (preferred but will train)
- Communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and team regarding progress, issues, or material needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of landscape installation or related outdoor work experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation practices
- Experience installing pavers, patios, plant material, and basic grading/drainage systems
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans preferred (or willingness to learn and develop this skill)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction while working efficiently and independently when neededPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others succeed

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be 18 years old.
