Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• 1 year of lawn care or landscape industry experience.
• Experience required - we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Commercial & residential mowing (clean lines, trimming, edging).
• Landscape maintenance and property upkeep.
• Professional shrub pruning and shaping.
• Seasonal flower installation.
• Mulch installation and bed preparation.
• Spring and fall cleanups; Safe operation of landscaping equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress.
