Business Resources One is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to execute intricate landscape installations, including hardscapes, plantings, and lighting, in collaboration with project managers and designers. The role emphasizes quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in hardscaping/landscaping/horticulture
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
• Professional appearance per non-smoking policy and standards
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background, MVR, and DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and managers to understand project requirements and timelines
• Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading, and soil prep
• Install hardscape features, lighting, trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Operate heavy equipment safely (mini skids, skid steers, mini excavators)
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless project execution and feedback
