At Green View, we’re more than just a landscaping company, we’re a trusted partner for outdoor excellence across Central Illinois. For over 70 years, we’ve built our reputation on quality, follow-through, and results that speak for themselves.
With four locations in Bloomington, Champaign, Peoria, and Springfield, we offer full‑service landscaping that includes design/build, turf treatment, arborist services, mowing, and more. We’re proud of our long‑standing client relationships and strong regional presence, and we continue to grow every season. We believe that strong landscapes are built by strong teams, and our people make all the difference.

We operate with a service‑driven culture, rely on creative solutions to overcome challenges, and value dependability in every role. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on board.
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll lead the charge on high‑impact landscape installations, working closely with your team to bring residential and commercial projects to life. You’ll handle everything from grading and excavation to patios, walls, and plantings—all while keeping safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront.
You’ll read blueprints, plan ahead for materials and phases, and ensure your crew has the tools, equipment, and support they need to execute each job successfully. You’ll work closely with project consultants, guide on‑site client conversations, and make field adjustments as needed to keep things moving smoothly.
You’ll also play a key role in training new team members, enforcing safety, and setting the tone for a productive, respectful job site. When challenges come up, you’ll be the one who finds a solution and keeps the project on track. This role blends craftsmanship, coordination, and leadership—and no two days look the same.
