Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. in Greer, SC seeks a Landscape Superintendent for our Install team. You will schedule projects, supervise crews, coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality landscape installations.

The role emphasizes safety, budget awareness, and client service. You will train staff, hire when needed, perform hands-on work, and ensure timely reporting and field documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in landscape installation or related fields.
• Customer service focus and client interaction.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all landscape installation projects, coordinating materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for branch projects.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Train and develop team members; enforce safety, quality standards, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the crew; interview and hire staff.
• Perform hands-on work with crews as needed and operate hand/power tools.
• Maintain equipment/tools; manage material orders, costs, and deliveries.
• Keep client billing paperwork up to date and accurate.
• Maintain timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules; manage budgets and gross profits on irrigation projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and stakeholders.
