Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in landscape installation or related field leadership.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation, plant materials.
- Ability to read blueprints, landscape designs, and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for 1 to 4 landscape installation crews and supervise one crew.
- Coordinate labor assignments based on project timelines and priorities.
- Ensure tasks, deadlines, and quality standards are understood and met.
- Monitor progress and manage labor, materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
