Job summary

PureGreen Land Group is seeking a Crew Leader for the Landscape Installation Division in Longs, SC. This full-time role oversees daily field operations, leads a crew, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to PureGreen quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in landscape installation or construction, prior leadership experience, strong construction knowledge, and excellent communication. Bilingual skills are a plus, with a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape installation or construction experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, installation practices, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a landscape installation crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Understand the scope of work and plan crew activities accordingly.
• Lead and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Ensure installations meet design specifications and company standards.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies.
