We welcome students pursuing related degrees; a HS diploma or GED is required. Expect a collaborative, field‑oriented experience outdoors and in the office, with pay of $19–21 per hour and potential pathways to full‑time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
