Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in a related field (horticulture, turf management, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gaining hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadowing Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams.
• Working with a mentor to receive regular feedback and guidance.
• Participating in leadership development and teamwork activities.
• Presenting internship experience and learnings in a final presentation.
