Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee Landscape Improvement operations in a designated district within California. You will implement programs, manage budgets, and drive profit while meeting specifications.

You will estimate, sell, coordinate, and supervise work for at least two crews, training staff and coordinating with regional managers to win new business and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers, employees and manager.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape operations for a designated district.
• Plan and control activities to meet budgeted goals.
• Estimate, sell, coordinate and manage work for two crews at a minimum.
• Supervise field staff including superintendent, foreman and laborers.
• Coordinate with regional managers on new work and contracts.
