Job summary

LandCare is seeking a Production Manager in California to lead frontline crews, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while delivering outstanding landscapes for clients. The role includes production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement, and involvement in hiring and training crew members.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and clients, create detailed service plans, and mentor supervisors to drive profitable, timely service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Plan production, estimate costs, and manage materials.
• Experience hiring and training crews.
• Knowledge of profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency and safety on client sites.
• Create detailed service plans for each client using LandCare’s Aspire software.
• Oversee production planning and guide supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members.
• Understand and contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including labor and materials costs and review of financial reports.
