Job summary

Kohler Co. on-site Grounds & Landscape Technician in Kohler, WI supports year‑round grounds operations across Kohler properties. Duties include mowing, plant care, irrigation maintenance, and holiday lighting, with a 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule and a on-site work mode.

Requires landscape maintenance experience, a Wisconsin driver’s license, and ability to obtain pesticide certification within six months; benefits begin Day 1 with an hourly wage range of $18.80–$28.20.

Qualifications

• At least one year of landscape maintenance experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicator certification within 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and winter snow tasks.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Management/Horticulture preferred.
• Experience with turf care, irrigation, and seasonal installations preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching.
• Support installation and maintenance of lawns, plant beds, shrubs, trees, and landscape features.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems for proper water distribution.
• Assist with seasonal landscape projects and holiday lighting.
• Operate landscape equipment safely and keep a clean work area.
• Provide guidance to seasonal team members on safe, quality workmanship.
• Support year‑round grounds operations, including snow and ice removal.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
