Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Grounds & Landscape Technician to maintain exterior grounds across Kohler properties. You will perform mowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation maintenance, and seasonal tasks to uphold landscape standards and guest experience.

The role requires hands-on landscape work with seasonal shifts, including winter snow removal. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and pesticide certification timeline are noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Ability to obtain WDATCP Category 3.0 Pesticide certification within six months.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate landscape tools safely.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, turf care, and seasonal cleanups.
• Support installation/maintenance of lawns, beds, shrubs, trees, and landscape features.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems for efficiency.
• Assist with seasonal landscape projects and holiday lighting installation/removal.
