The Grounds & Landscape Technician is responsible for the upkeep, appearance, and overall condition of assigned exterior grounds across Kohler Company properties. This role involves skilled hands-on landscaping work, including mowing, trimming, pruning, plant care, turf management and installation, irrigation maintenance and repair, seasonal tasks, and assisting with holiday lighting installation while upholding high landscape standards, supporting an exceptional guest experience, and contributing to the aesthetic and environmental goals of Kohler Company.
This is a full-time, year-round position, with shifts varying between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
