Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Technician for Kohler Hospitality in Kohler, WI. This full‑time, onsite role maintains exterior grounds across Kohler properties, including mowing, pruning, turf work, irrigation upkeep, and seasonal decor installation to support guest experience. The position runs 6:30 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. with a $500 sign‑on bonus and day‑1 benefits. Applicants should have 1+ year in landscape maintenance, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape maintenance or related outdoor work.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain WDATCP Category 3.0 Pesticide Applicator’s certification within six months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and seasonal duties.
• Degree in Landscape Management/Horticulture preferred.
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment preferred.
• Experience with turf care, irrigation, and holiday lighting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily landscape tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, mulching, turf care, and seasonal clean‑ups.
• Monitor and repair irrigation systems and ensure water efficiency.
• Assist with planting, bed prep, and landscape enhancements including seasonal decor and lighting.
• Provide guidance to seasonal staff and ensure safe practices around guests.
• Support year‑round landscape operations, including winter snow and ice management.
