Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Virginia driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate landscape and outdoor environments with weed pulling, mulching, leaf removal, mowing, weed eating, and pruning.
• Trimming edges, islands, and hard-to-reach areas of facilities.
• Blowing sidewalks and hardscape after mowing periods.
• Pressure washing and maintenance of athletic fields, turf, fences and related areas.
• Respond to weather conditions by removing snow and ice to keep walking areas accessible.
• Identify needs for equipment repair and initiate maintenance.
