Lakeside Companies is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman for a full-time, year-round role in North Idaho. You’ll lead our grounds crew through landscape season and snow season, with steady hours and overtime during snow events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience.
• Crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Commercial snow removal experience preferred.
• Idaho pesticide applicator license a plus, or willingness to get one.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 2 years (MVR check).

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of landscape technicians day to day: assign work, train, and keep quality high.
• Mow, trim, prune, plant, and maintain lawns, beds, trees, and shrubs.
• Start up, repair, and winterize irrigation systems.
• Run snow and ice removal in winter using plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers.
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots clear and safe before business hours.
• Maintain equipment and keep supplies stocked.
• Prepare grounds for special events.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew of landscape technicians day to day: assign work, train, and keep quality high
• Mow, trim, prune, plant, and maintain lawns, beds, trees, and shrubs
• Start up, repair, and winterize irrigation systems
• Run snow and ice removal in winter using plow trucks, skid steers, and snow blowers
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking lots clear and safe before business hours
• Maintain equipment and keep supplies stocked
• Prepare grounds for special events

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
• Crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Commercial snow removal experience preferred
• Comfortable operating and maintaining landscape and snow equipment
• Idaho pesticide applicator license a plus, or willingness to get one
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 2 years (motor vehicle record check required)
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Available on call for snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime during snow events and seasonal projects
