Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Silverhill, AL is seeking a full-time Landscape Field Manager to supervise crew, ensure safety, and meet client property needs.

You will schedule work, track time, train staff, and maintain quality on outdoor landscapes; must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment; English preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience safely operating landscape equipment (trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills; able to lead/train crew as needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; English-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus.
