Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Southwest Ranches, FL is seeking full-time Landscape Field Managers to oversee crew operations and ensure quality service on client properties. The role requires strong safety, scheduling, and leadership skills on site.

Ideal candidates will be able to manage weekly schedules, work outdoors in varying weather, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant landscape experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate walk-behind mowers.
• Experience using landscape equipment for safe operation.
• Strong time-management and teamwork skills.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership to train crew when needed.
• Excellent communication to client and crew.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.

Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)

Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

At least 1 year relevant experience

English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
